Registration and Payment Instructions

• At least one author of an accepted paper must register and present the paper. On-site and online presenters pay the same registration fee.
• The author must register and pay the registration and all other applicable fees before September 20, 2024 (JST).
  If the conference does not receive your full payment within the specified period, your paper and registration will be cancelled.
• Active IEEE Membership status will be verified. Non-active members cannot qualify for IEEE membership discount.
• To avail of the IEEE Student Member/Non-IEEE Student Member discounted rates, the student must be presently enrolled. The student should attach and send a copy (through the student’s university email address) of his/her student ID or a certification (pdf files) from your dean to cyberscitech2024@gmail.com.
• Full registration includes free participation to all sessions, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, gala dinner, souvenir items (if any). For on-site registration, souvenir items may not be available.
• Additional pages (maximum of 2 pages) can be purchased during the registration process. Likewise, additional tickets for lunches, welcome reception, gala dinner are also available for purchase during the registration process.
• Payments by credit card or bank wire transfer are available. Since bank wire transfer takes a long time to process, we encourage you to pay by credit card. However, if bank wire transfer is the only option, please do the bank transaction the soonest so the payment will arrive on time. Be reminded that all bank charges and fees (i.e., sending and receiving banks) will be paid by the applicant. After completing your bank wire transfer transaction, please email (pdf file) a copy of your bank transfer receipt or certificate to <ntcmice2@nnr-g.com>, Cc: <cyberscitech2024@gmail.com> with Subject: Bank Transfer-(your registration ID number).
  The conference must receive the registration and all other additional purchase payments in full.
• If you need an invitation letter to support your visa and/or other travel application, please tick the [Required: __ ] button during the registration process. Download the Invitation Letter Request Form HERE, read the instructions and fill it up. Then send it to <loc.cyberscitech2024@gmail.com>, Cc: <cyberscitech2024@gmail.com>. The invitation letter will only be sent to you after the conference has verified your information and full payment of the registration and all other applicable fees are received.
