Camera Ready Paper Submission

Important: The camera-ready submission will be made through IEEE CPS (Conference Publishing Services), NOT EDAS!

Please read the following notice before uploading your paper (for 2025 CyberSciTech, DASC, PICom, CBDCom, and all associated workshops/special sessions). The page limits are:

1. Regular Papers: 8 + 2 extra pages for purchase, JPY 15,000 per extra page
2. WiP/Special Session/Workshop Papers: 6 + 2 extra pages for purchase, JPY 15,000 per extra page

Camera ready submissions must follow the following template format:

>Note: The IEEE CPS submission portal only shows "DASC 2025". This is the common submission entry for all four conferences (CyberSciTech, DASC, PICom, and CBDCom). Your paper will still be published in the correct proceedings of the respective conference.

Important Update (Sept. 13, 2025): Each conference has its own CPS submission portal. Authors must submit their camera-ready paper and copyright form to the correct portal below. The final upload deadline has been extended to September 20, 2025 (Anywhere on Earth, AOE).

During preparation of your final camera-ready manuscript, any change to the list of authors and paper title must be informed with valid reasons by emailing ieeecyberscitech@gmail.com and must be approved by the conference chairs before September 20, 2025. Failure to do so, your paper may be delayed (or even excluded) from being included in the Proceedings.
