REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT

• Read the following instructions and then complete the online registration form. All items are required. To avoid delay and complications, follow the instructions carefully.
• Pay your registration fee(s) by Credit Card or Wire Transfer.
• After successful payment transaction, IEEE will send you a payment receipt by email.
• Each participant is requested to fill out the other fields in the IEEE CVent Registration system.
• All registered participants can attend all the co-located conferences sessions and download the proceedings.

• Register as a Presenter or Participant
  
  1. Register as Presenter of Accepted Papers
     • To get the discount for IEEE Membership, you must login with your IEEE Membership number in the registration form.
     • For each Accepted Paper, at least one author must register and pay the full Registration Fee (see tables below for details).
     • If you are registering in this category, you will enter the information for your accepted paper, including the Paper Type (Main Conference, Workshop/Special session), Easychair Paper ID, and Paper Title. (Note: The same author can register only one additional paper paying extra 210 USD.).
     • The deadline for registration and FULL payment for authors/presenters is July 25th, 2022 at 23:30 MST. If your full payment is not received by the deadline, your paper will be not included in the proceedings.
     • If you miss any portion of your papyment (e.g. an extra page), you may go back into the registration system and add it, even after you have completed your initial registration.
     • Note: The paper must be presented during the conference; "No Show Policy" will be applied.

  2. Register as a Participant
     • To get the discount for IEEE Membership, you must login with your IEEE Membership number in the registration form.
     • If you are a student, but not an IEEE member, you must upload a scan of your student ID card in the registration form to receive the student discount.

Early-Bird Registration Fees¹ (VAT included)

1. Early-bird registration is available until July 25th, 2022.
   
2. Additional page(s) available for regular and short papers accepted to one of the main conferences, and for regular papers accepted to workshops/special sessions. It is not allowed to buy additional pages for papers accepted as “short” in workshops and special sessions.

Registration includes: All sessions entry, Welcome kit, Coffee breaks, Welcome reception, Social event and social dinner (social dinner is not included in student rates and can be separately purchased).
