Registration and Invitation Letter
Registration and Payment Instructions
- At least one author of an accepted paper must register and present the paper. On-site and online presenters pay the same registration fee.
- The author must register and pay the registration and all other applicable fees on or before September 24, 2026.
If the conference does not receive your full payment within the specified period, your paper and registration will be cancelled.
- Active IEEE Membership status will be verified. Non-active members cannot qualify for IEEE membership discount.
- To avail of the IEEE Student Member/Non-IEEE Student Member discounted rates, the student must be the first author and presently enrolled. The student should attach and send a copy (through the student’s university email address) of his/her student ID or a certificate of registration (pdf file) from your dean to registration@intelliaevents.com.au, with Subject: Student ID/Registration- your EDAS registration ID number (conference code + 10-digit nos., ex.-Student ID/Registration-DASC-1234567891).
- Full registration includes free participation to all sessions, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, gala dinner.
- Additional pages (maximum of 2 pages) can be purchased during the registration process. Likewise, additional tickets for the welcome reception and gala dinner are also available for purchase during the registration process.
- Payments by credit card or bank wire transfer are available in the registration system, see link below.

Invitation Letter
- The invitation letter will be automatically sent to you after the conference has verified your information and full payment of the registration and all other applicable fees are received.
IMPORTANT: Author/Presenter Registration: September 1 - September 24, 2026 (At least one author of an accepted paper must register. The registration fee is the same as in Advance Registration.)

Refund Policy
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to the registration contact above.
- Requests received on or before September 30, 2026: the registration fee will be refunded less a 20% administrative charge.
- Requests received from October 1, 2026 onwards: no refund will be issued.
Non-attendance without a written cancellation request is treated as a no-show and is not refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method after the conference, net of any bank or transaction charges.
